My results with ASTROLAB are in full agreement with those of Antoine :
25° 13.9'N 143° 47.9'E at 20:12:32 UT
DOP = 1.28 , dispersion radius = 0.12 NM
When anticipated at 20:00:00 UT by DR, that gives :
25° 09.9'N 143° 49.55'E
