I performed again the SUN LOP with your revised Temperature of 47°F (vs. 57°F)
From your Auxiliary position (UT = 13h42m08.0s /N 34° / W 119°55'3) , this time I find i = +10.1' / AZ = 077.5° which is the very same result as yours.
From the GPS Fix (UT = 13h42m08.0s / N 34°01'3 / W 119°41'1) , I find i = -1.7' / AZ = 077.5°
I also carefully drew a local chart ( 1 NM = 1 cm) on which I reported these results. The visual result is 100% consistent with the computed ones : when drawn at 10.1 cm from the AP, the SUN LOP is at a minimum distance of 1.7 cm from the GPS Fix.

Thank you to both of you for your reply to this query I had. Yes, it makes sense indeed to perform the DIP correction first, then the Refraction correction afterwards.
