Several of you have requested a copy of the PDF file for the US Coast Guard CELNAV text. I am sending copies as the requests come in and am very happy to do so. A couple have even offered to post it to an FTP server. Unfortunately, it is a USCG text and that is something that I can not say is OK. But on the other hand, I would not object either. Just don't have an FTP server available to me. Anyway, I will be happy to continue sending them to those that ask for the copies. It is a 10MB PDF file, so if you want it, make sure that your mailbox will handle that size attachment (you may have to check with your internet provider). Oh, some have taken to calling this the USCGA CELNAV text - it is not from the USCG Academy. It is a regular USCG text. Have fun and keep practicing! derrick Petersburg, VA
