    Lu:

I have a Casio G Shock watch. Checking the time against "Official Time", which seems to be naval observatory dynamic reading, with two people, one caling "Mark", the other noting time on a computer screen, I have yet to notice a discrepency. This is not to say that there isn't one, however if there be one, I would classify it as very slight. The above described check method might be less than scientific, however it seems reasonable.
