Yes,
I am glad that people are starting to discover this:
You cannot change the topic on the new list so simply
as you did on the old list: just by typing a new subject line.
Now you have to go to their web page (PASSWORD PROTECTED!)
then find and click the button "Start a new topic".
What happens after that I don't know because I never tried.
The new list was never really tested,
and maybe this is the reason why I seem to be almost alone
with my complains.
