Thanks Marc, The information I obtained from Casio Tech Support re the use of 10 MHz was incorrect. They use the LF(60KHz) signal from WWVB as you pointed out. I was in touch with Michael Lombardi at WWVB regarding reception in Hawaii (my primary interest at this point) and he sent the following comment: "Many users report reception in Hawaii, and we monitor the WWVB broadcasts from Kauai at our WWVH facility. However, there are some interference issues with Japan's time station, JJY, which also broadcasts at 60 kHz. In other words, it might work in Hawaii, and it might not, but it is definitely worth a try."
