    Allister,treat the time as a degree minute and secound on your
    calculator.Use the degree, minute, secound format of your calculator.  * ' "
    
    Ex. : 9 hrs 00min. 00 secounds. Input 9* 00' 00"into your calculator in the
    * ' " mode and multiply by 15 = Longitude. In the same format divide the
    longitude by 15 to get the time.
    Ex. : 9 hrs of time to longitude.  9* 00' 00" on the calculator x 15 = 135*
    00' 00" in longitude.    135* 00' 00" longitude on the calculator/15 = 9*
    00' 00" of time. 9 hrs of time = 135* longitude.
