    Tom,

    There is no marking on the Tamaya sextant box key :(

    In a pinch use a paper clip with 1/8" of the end bent over with needle nose plyers. Better would be to make your own using a small file and a blank from a local locksmith. Attached see my key and a trace. Zoom and print to make a template. Good luck.

    Anyone still have the key for a late 70's Tamaya wood sextant box (the orange/red stained boxes of the era)?  Is the key marked with a generic code?  My key is MIA and I'm searching for a replacement. Luckily the lock was left unlocked.
