    Paul,

    Hello again !

Thanks for bringing to my attention the new long Term Precession Model built up by our Worldwide Precession Specialists : Mrs Nicole Capitaine from the French SYRTE (a former "very brilliant student" from late Dr Pierre Bretagnon, and main Author of the P03 Precession Model) in cooperation with MM. Patrick Wallace and J. Wondrak.

Their recent Article (2011) on this subject (19 pages or so) looks highly interesting.

I wish to have a copy of their Article : any way to get one openly available ?

    Kermit
