T-Plotter Basic update

Based on suggestions from Greg Rudzinski, the "Basic" T-Plotter is now equipped with a simple protractor. Also, the azimuth arm has been shortened to allow an easy 90-degree flip of the device. The first 10 tics have been reduced/removed to allow a better visibility of the underlying chart. For more details visit:
