|These plotters have scales that allow you to draw the axillary triangle around your cocked hat at a spacing proportional to the lengths of the sides of the cocked hat, to implement the method proposed by Herbert to determine the symmedian point, see: http://www.fer3.com/arc/m2.aspx?i=115006&y=201012|
These plotters have two diagonal scales allowing two proportions, one with the spacing equal to the length of the cocked hat's side and the other scale making the spacing one-half the length of the sides of the cocked hat.
