    I agree with Kermit.

    CelNav is the only backup for any electronic nav system - including GPS.  Looking at the problem the other way, what other navigation system is worldwide?  If GPS or other space based systems are out, for whatever the reason, what else is avaible?  The only answer is CelNav.

    You can believe GPS is only system you need and cannot fail for any reason then you need no backup.  However, like most folk on this list, I do not think GPS will ever fail but CelNav is fun.  Hands on, looking at the sky, wind in face ...........
