I chased around the angles and via three simultaneous equations and a quadratic equation, finally arrived at
B to A = 20.36 feet,
B to P.C. direct = 30 feet exactly,
B to P.C. along the arc = 30.142 feet.
As a reality check, I drew the figure out on my trusty drawing board with 1mm = 1 foot, and these numbers look good.
