    I don't know as the moment of sunrise/sunset CAN be predicted with
    *percise* accuracy since there are so many atmospheric variables, as
    you stated. As for the "Green Flash", I think I may have seen it ONCE,
    maybe, out of the corner of my eye. My understanding is that it is a
    phenomenon usually experienced in the South Pacific. Although I suppose
    given the right conditions, it might been seen anywhere.
