Gary,
My last post was in error - I said the AF manual graphic method had you keep equal space lines of latitude but should have said equal lines of Longitude. Sorry.
My point is still valid - the graphic method holds one set of lines equally spaced and varies the other where a true Mercator both Lat and long spacing get wider as you goe north ( or south ).
