    See attached CLS Plotting Sheet set up for a mid latitude of 48° N and a mid longitude of 123° 30' W.

    I have also extracted 2 slides from a Power Point presentation I use in teaching my navigation class (see CLS Ploting sheet.zip). These two slides show how to set-up the plotting sheet.  I have included a blank form which you can set up for any mid Latitude from 0° to 55° (See CLS 98.pdf)
