Looks like some program generated the analemma, and even adjusted it for daylight time!

Is this available to list members to try for our own locations??

It's "noon at noon" today in central Rhode Island. Very rare. This only happens for a few days centered on today's date. This also applies for any longitude on the globe that'a about 3.55 degrees east of the central meridian of its time zone. Here's a little graphic showing the altitude of the Sun versus the time of Local Apparent Noon.
