    The name of the harbor is actually Ohama-Neno, with the island referenced as Ulietea.

     

    The name Ulietea seems to be associated directly with Tahiti, according to searches.

     

    In searching for harbors at the stated latitude of S16d 45m, I found one right on the

    next island over from Tahiti.  It is at the right latitude and close to the right longitude.

    Bayly stated EAST 208d 40m (mean of the four stated).  This harbor, as shown is at

    WEST 151d 0m.  This sums very closely to 360 degrees. 

     

    We will be confounded here by Cook’s multiple visits to this island chain.
