The 26 MB file is a PDF. A 22 MB DjVu file is also in the list. I have a
couple downloaded books (but not that one) from archive.org in the DjVu
format. They look better than PDF books from Google. This is especially
true when you have to increase magnification to read a tiny font, or
figure out a word when there's a defect in the original print. However,
if an archive.org book is credited to Google, my experience is that its
DjVu file is no better than a PDF.
