If using the NA to correct Moon Hs then be sure to follow the Moon correction table rules on the lower right of page xxxiv . There is a tricky 30' subtraction for upper limb observations of the Moon.
Based on the pre-calculated altitudes I expected to be observing the lower limb of the Moon but got a surprise ;-)
Greg
P.S. I hope you give the ex-meridian a try using Bowditch tables or Bowditch and formula (a)(t)^2/60. XM correction is +4.7'
