    Moon Hs 54* 31.7' upper limb UT 01:07:01 6/26/2012
    Ho 54* 46.2'
    Hc 54* 46.5'

    Sun Hs 24* 36.8' lower limb UT 00:59:46 6/26/2012
    Ho 24* 47.9'
    Hc 24* 47.3'

    A.P. Lat. 34* 10.2' N
    A.P. Lon. 119* 14.0' W
    H.E. 7.5 ft.
    I.C. 0.0'

If using the NA to correct Moon Hs then be sure to follow the Moon correction table rules on the lower right of page xxxiv . There is a tricky 30' subtraction for upper limb observations of the Moon.
Based on the pre-calculated altitudes I expected to be observing the lower limb of the Moon but got a surprise ;-)
P.S. I hope you give the ex-meridian a try using Bowditch tables or Bowditch and formula (a)(t)^2/60. XM correction is +4.7'
