    Thanks, Frank.  I had missed it.  As you mentioned,
    that's an unlikely place for it, completely out of
    The example is the same example used by Sumner in his
    own book, but with less detail. There is a footnote
    that says "From Sumner's work."  The whole section
    takes up about 2/3 of a page.
