I live fairly far north in Sweden (64° 41' 21° 14') and I have issues with my radio controlled clocks (transmitter is in Germany), enough so that I even have a mechanical alarm, my RC alarm made me one HOUR late several times (and twice one hour early).
I frequently see them seconds or Minutes out, basically the error seem to be random between 0 and 59, yesterday the one next to my computer was 121s fast now I can see no difference to 10MHz time tick.
Oddly whole hours are rarely affected, few times every year is all.
I admittedly live in a radio "black hole" and people on the radio-lists I frequent often find me complaining about it.
