    There is no difference:-) I listed most probable causes of errors
    in the decreasing order of frequency.
    The most frequent is "a blunder in calculation".
    Second most frequent is also "a blunder in calculation"
    Third... and so on:-)
    
    All this is of course based on my own experience.
