FWIW, I purchased a Bulova Precisionist from a website called Jacobtime at about 60% off retail price. It arrived in excellent condition, runs extremely well (consistently 1.1 sec. fast per week) and I have never had a problem with it. They currently have about 112 Casio men's watches from 32% to 45% off. In fact, now that I have learned that some of the new models can obtain the time globally from GPS signals, I'm seriously considering purchasing one from them. The only caveat is that the watches they sell do not come with the manufacturer's warranty, although Jacobtime offers their own 2 year warranty.
