Thanks to Dan Hogan for explaining how to load Geoffrey Kolbe's diagram of 8 triangles, and to Chuck Taylor for attaching a copy to an email sent directly to me. This I have now printed out and it appears to fill the bill precisely. So thanks to Geoffrey for inventing those triangles. Are we, I wonder, getting near to a consensus view, that there really is just a 25% probabiliity that a cocked hat embraces the true position? How many list members still dispute that, or remain unconvinced? How many are prepared to say that they still believe that a cocked hat MUST embrace the true position?
