Peter Fogg's latest mailing leaves me at something of a loss. How can one reason with anyone who embraces the irrational IN PREFERENCE TO the rational? If Peter Fogg's belief-system still includes the presumption that a cocked hat will always enclose his true position, then I wish him luck with his navigation. He will need it.
