With my Sofajpl DLL, which uses the star positions and proper motions
from the Hipparcos catalog, I get apparent geocentric coordinates 0h 26m
42.6s, +87° 16′ 15″, with respect to the true equator and equinox at 0h
on that date. Compared to the Stellarium and Sky View values, the
    differences are 27 and 7 arc seconds, respectively. Who's right? I don't
    know.
