Celestaire does indeed have a metal 3 arm protractor in its 2012 catalog:

(They state it has accuracy to 1')

Celestaire has only plastic ones. For a metal one, you
have to go to e-bay, and remember: Russian sellers call it
"protractor" rather than "station pointer". Usually the
same sellers that sell sextants and chronometers have them.
