Ken, and List Members, I apologise! The problem of finding your position from two horizontal angles between 3 objects on shore has ONE solution!! Ken's description is CORRECT at this place. Two circles of position indeed intersect at 2 points, but one of those points is at one of the objects. So it is definitely on the shore:-) Sorry. Another blunder:-( Alex.
