    Since we're now officially off topic, I have a question.  I always wondered if the Lorentz transformation contributed to cosmic inflation.  As the Big Bang decelerated, space seemingly expanded in all directions.  I could extend the logic further by asking if continued deceleration might give the appearance of dark energy by further expanding space.

    I'm no expert, myself, but I would be very interested to hear an informed opinion.
