I found a high-res version of the original image on one of the official SpaceX sites online (3000 pixels wide versus 800 for the original). It doesn't change anything, but it's much easier to see the stars that I described. As with any NavList image, click on the preview to enlarge. Then depending on your browser's behavior, click again to zoom in further. And if you need a little more zoom, use ctrl+ to magnify the page (remember to apply ctrl- when you leave or you'll be stuck with the enlarged view).
