Tom Cunliffe is a hugely experienced sailor, an entertaining speaker and probably the number one yachting guru on this side of the pond.
However, his videos on the errors and adjustments of sextants are somewhat individualistic, both in their order of adjustment (the reverse of the standard procedure) and in his reference to lack of perpendicularity in the index mirror as quadrantal error.
He has a similar short video on the Yachting Monthly website, http://www.yachtingmonthly.com/videos/how-to/357909/using-a-sextant-advice-tips, where he attributes the so-called quadrantal error (index mirror perpendicularity) to a warped sextant frame and more or less says that theres nothing to be done about it!
