Many hardware stores sell a "jeweler's screwdriver" set which has a
variety of both straight-blade and Phillips screwdrivers in sizes
that would be suitable for dealing with the very small adjustment
screws in sextants. Suggest either bringing the instrument or
making sure you can return the set just in case the screwdrivers are
not what you're looking for.
