Is the telescope mounted  back to front?

If the telescope can be mounted correctly is $US215 a reasonable asking price i.e. not too high but also not suspiciously too low?

Any comments on this make of sextant?

At this price I am tempted to take a risk provided  there aren't any obvious reasons why I should not purchase it.
