    Q5) Also time of sun's meridian passage, 12 noon LAT
    
    Q6) Still 12.3d ( calculated 12.25d)
    
    Q7) TC to steer 011.8d, less combined error 11.5 leaves
           CC to steer 000.3d
    
    However as accuracy by plotting is only to nearest degree
    a CC to steer 000d is more practical. I guess that there must
