    I set up my Starpilot for this problem and with the sight data entered, it
    gave
    a fix at 13-00.9N 61-29.1W. The worst you can say about Paul's fix was
    that it was off by 1 minute.
    Given the celestial fix at 0854, it appears we have an 8 kt drift, set at
    099.
