I agree with this except it looks like a plus 0.1' 14°02.1' since the zero line on the vernier is slightly past the two line on the micrometer and the 0.2 vernier line is slightly short of the next drum line, so .1.
Similarly with the second photo, it looks to me not up to the .6 so call it .5.
(I'm embarassed by my prior response.) Always tripple check your readings, starting from the beginning.
