Hmm. All those ** are confusing, kindly added by Google (were italics).
Lets try again:
A = Azimuth, clockwise 000º - 360º;
d = declination, +N, -S;
l = latitude, +N, -S;
t = local hour angle 000º - 360º; h = altitude
Altitude:
sin h = sin l sin d + cos l cos d cos t
Azimuth:
tan A = -sin t / tan d cos l - sin l cos t
