Folks,
With all this talk about prototype SR programs, I thought I'd chime
in my $.02 worth. If you have a browser which supports Java 1.1 or later,
you can run this from your browser. All it does right now is SR given
that the user has a nautical almanac (anyone out there with a Java properties
file for the Nautical Almanac?). If you're interested, the program can be
run from the page:

I tried to make it as easy-to-use as possible. Please let me know what
you think.
