Hey folks, here is one from "Problems and Awswers in Navigation and Piloting" 2nd Ed workbook by Ed S Maloney Dutton's supplement. Looks pretty complete, 41 lines therefore standard notebook paper would not work so one could photostat this page and have ample space for extra data and/or utilize graph paper 4 squares per inch=41 lines but no space for the time diagrams. I do have notebook paper1.25 in=5 lines which equates to 37 lines and a top margin of 1.5 in. Of course the data has to be formatted on the sheet but I imagine in this age it can be done. Sorry other nav folks for my ramblings but I was kinda on a roll! The advantage of graph and notebook paper is the corresponding plots can be included on the reverse side of the form. As we stated before no matter which form you use and/or devise the main point is to retain the important data and it successfully appears in you folks' forms. Thanks much!
