Attached is a photo of the handwritten form and a pdf of an excel form
I just made up with no duplicate writings. It is for a HO 229 sunline, but
can easily be adapted for stars. I will say that its weakness is that it
is not very space efficient. You just add/subtract sideways once you
complete the two columns to determine intercept. I put Azimuth just below
the intercept calculation.
