Try the NGA dip short of the horizon on-line calculator. Make your own wallet cheat card table tailored to your location. If you are at the waters edge sitting in a folding chair(~4ft. H.E.) then the dip short to 200 yards will be around -23' minutes of arc. You will have to be precise in distance to the far shore (nearest 10 yards) and height of eye to the inch. If you have a good golfing laser range finder then distance to the far shore is just a snap. Otherwise you will need to pull up Google Earth / Maps and measure the distance. Use a tape measure for height of eye measurement. On distances over a mile precision is not so critical.
