    Celestaire owner Ken Gebhart, at the Navigation Weekend at Mystic Seaport
    last month, was showing off the new model of the 7x35 sextant scope that
    Celestaire's Chinese partners are just starting to manufacture. I had a look
    through it and examined it up close, and it looks excellent. Ken explained
    that they went to great lengths to get the mount exactly perpendicular to
    the optic axis so that collimation is near perfect. Many other scopes in
    this range have significant collimation problems.
