Thanks, Brad. I didn't present those photos as the references our ghost used, 
so much as an example the kind of thing that was around and in use in his 
time. Yeah, Frank is being a bit puckish on this one. I mean HE has the 
advantage of the primary secondary source (primary to our spiritual 
colleague, natch: I.e., the venerable B.)   :-)
