Nice to see that GREG has and uses BOWDITCH NO.9 1977. I have one with
my name printed in gold on the cover. It was in thanks for using
several of my articals and introducing The Franklin Piloting, The
Graduated perpendiclar bisector, for the three point problem (Sextant)
and asisting in other items of the Piloting section. After the editor
'Ernest Brown retired, PUB.9 loss most of it's sea man piloting in
favor of the eletronics. I may want to enter NAVLIST with some of
those history, past papers.
