Alex, WarrenKnight instruments in Philadelphia, PA, is the only location in the U.S. of which I am aware that _might_ check the arc error in your sextant. There's a sextant shop in the Pacific NW that will check the collimation. You also can do that yourself following instructions in Bowditch. However, you might want to run a few more lunars at large distances before concluding that your arc is in error.
