    The S Table used to be included in the Almanac, but the one I have at
    hand doesn't have them anymore. However, the method is Ageton's, and
    the tabular values are just logs of sine and cosine multiplied by a
    constant. Ageton uses -100,000 as the multiplier, and a few years ago
    I saw that Pepperday (?) uses some other constant in his S Table.
    
    Actually I'm not sure about -100,000 in the Ageton table, but it's
    something like that. I'm too lazy to go check right now.
