Dear Ken, The information you give is interesting: I wonder why Soviet Union produced them also with Latin names (in addition to Cyrillic). One conjecture was: for their satellites: those 3-d world navies whose officers got Russian training:-) But speaking seriously, I find it very convenient, much superior to the common Western device (the Rude Star Finder).
