    I hope you’re well.  That’s terrific.  It’s exactly what I was looking for.  I hadn’t expected the answer to be so close to home.  I’ve tried looking for Book 4 online and only been able to find Books 1-3.  It’s probably a good thing, because Books 1-3 are being advertised at typically £25 each.  When I bought all three online about 15 years ago I paid about £5 for the lot.  I must remember to leave a ‘Don’t chuck out’ note inside them just in case.  DaveP
